Cycling Class

This class is designed to be a high energy cycling experience! Be ready to enjoy upbeat music, and varied stages of cycling including intervals, hills and speed work.

We will be holding these classes outside in our shaded parking lot. Please check in with the front desk when you arrive to receive your bike assignment. Thank you!
