This class is designed to be a high energy indoor cycling experience! Be ready to enjoy upbeat music, videos, and varied stages of cycling including intervals, hills and speed work on the flats.

Functional Fitness is designed to bring real world movements to your workout! Often though of as a "BOOTCAMP" it is definitely not! You will be held accountable to safe movement standards and this class will be performed at an intense level. Safety is huge as well as the communal aspect of training in a group. The accountability is unmatched as you go through some of the most grueling workouts with a "SMILE" on your face. Come join us and learn to move the way your body was originally intended.

Yoga & Core includes a warmup flow, followed by a series of core exercises and concluded with hip openers and restorative stretches.

Sweat-Cycle is an upbeat cycling Class where we turn the heat up so you can sweat it all out for an exhilarating 45 minutes on the bike followed by 5-10 minutes of guided stretching! With energizing instructors you are guaranteed to have fun while you spin!

This Hatha based yoga practice will focus on breath work along with gentle yoga asanas to help heal your body. It is a slower paced practice designed for all levels and abilities to aid in flexibility, mobility, and improving your range of motion. Each instructor is a certified yoga instructor with 200+ hours of training.



This Class will meet outside at McKinley Park in the small park on the corner of 35th Street and Park Way. Street parking is available.

This Class includes a cardio warm-up, strength training, HIIT and core. We will keep you moving, motivated, and sweating! Always a new challenge, always fun!

Lenefit Challenge

This workout is to commence the "May 30-Day Challenge" and celebrate all participants. Anyone is welcome to join in, RSVP’s are recommended!

It will be 90 minutes of pure fun (and hard work). It will consist of strength, mobility, and HIT, and a 5k run OR a 10 mile bike ride at the end! Course instructions will be provided.

We we will be providing a post-workout celebration with food and beverage for all finishers! We hope to see you there! Bring a friend and have fun!
